I agree, But it should be updated.

Hears a good Mudcrab Recipe

I have lived in the Tropics Most of my life, I have eaten Mudcrab prepared in many, many Different ways, I still think this simple one is the best.

OK

First get Mudcrab, (Then make sure it don't get you) Ha! Ha!
Then put it on ICE so you can send it into a Suspended Animation Status.
Next wrap it & Tie it in a Shit load of "Pandanus Leaf" or Banana Leaf.
Now throw it on to some Hot Coals, Cooking times will vary according to the size of the Muddie.

Enjoy

But A Note of CAUTION. Some people are Allergic to Shellfish. I will strongly advise that People Discuss these issues with their GP Prior to Consuming these foods.

That sounds like a real little beauty.
If anybody else has one that is 'surplus to requirements', I would be happy to pay a fair price for it.

Kindest regards
Brian

For sure it is a great book. My weather beaten, dog-eared copy goes everywhere with me.

A reprint would be nice. They would sell really well in the stores.
