Overview

The Feburary and March 2018 edition of WA's only fishing magazine, Western Angler, is out now and it's got plenty of essential reading on fishing around WA andbeyond.

On the cover is Robbie Riches with a fine metro pinkie and inside Chris Dixon Chris headed out to the islands off Carnarvon with Top Gun Charters and a plan to try some light jigging.

Also The WAngler project boat’s new Minn Kota Terrova has come in very useful for chasing king george whiting, enabling simple positioning where the fish are.

As always there are plenty of regular columns, with a look at why Tackle shops are an important part of the fabric of recreational fishing in WA.
